Christmas Assembly - GERMANY |
Our Christmas assembly was "Christmas around the world". Our class were from Germany. These are our favourite things about our Christmas Assembly. Sarah-Jane: "I liked the little dance we learned." Amber: "I liked dancing with my partner Bailey." Luca: "My favourite part was singing O Christmas Tree." Marshall: "My favourite thing was singing O Christmas Tree in German." Annie-Jean: "My favourite thing was dancing with my partner Cameron." Zara: "My favourite part was dancing." Isaac: "I liked the clapping part in our dance." Lauren: "I liked singing O Tannenbaum, O Tannenbaum best of all." Erin: "I liked saying our poem best of all. It explained that the Christmas tree first came from Germany." Bailey: "I liked dressing up as a little German boy and I liked dancing." Ben: "I liked la la la-ing the tune of O Christmas Tree as we came on to the stage." Sophie: "I liked dancing best of all." Erin M: "I liked singing O Christmas Tree and dancing." Takara: "I liked dressing up as a little German girl." Calvin: "I liked singing O Christmas Tree best." Jessica: "I really liked singing O Tannenbaum, O Tannenbaum." Eric: "I liked dressing up as a little German boy. I also liked dancing." Jude: "I loved singing O Tannenbaum!." Aimee: "I liked doing our tapping and clapping dance best of all." Eve: "I liked singing O Christmas Tree." Dylan C: "I really liked dressing up as a little German boy." Cameron: "I liked singing O Christmas Tree best of all." David: "I liked getting dressed as a little German boy best." Emily: "I really loved our dance- I loved doing all of it." Dylan K: "My best bit was singing O Tannenbaum!" Evie: "I really loved singing O Tannenbaum. I loved singing in German." Zara-Jane: "I loved singing O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree." In our Christmas Assembly, "Christmas around the World", we were little children from Germany. We told everyone how the first Christmas tree came from Germany and how we celebrate Christmas in Germany. We dressed up as little German boys and girls- we just looked gorgeous!!! We said a poem, sang a beautiful song in English and German, did a German dance and wished everyone, "Frohe Weinachten!" We really enjoyed our Christmas Assembly. |
