Our current topic is The Farm. During Play Based Learning we have been
engaged in farm related activities. We would like to tell you about these.

Henry: I liked making the farmyard today because I was pleased with it.

Zoe: I liked building the farm with my friends because it was fun.

Rebecca: I liked making the pigs wallow in the mud because they can slide.

Olivia: I liked playing with the pigs in the mud because the soil went all over
the pigs.

Daniel: I liked dressing up as the cow because it was such fun.

Matthew O: I liked playing in the water tray when it was the sheep dip because
it was fun.

Megan: I liked painting a picture about a pig because I used lots of different
colours of paint.

Stephen: I enjoyed playing in the muck with the tractors and my friend Ben.
We made a big bump for the tractors to go down.

Alyssa: I liked playing with Amy in the sand tray. We made a farm, we enjoyed
it.

Ben K: I enjoyed playing with the tractors in the mud and I liked driving about
in it.

Ben S: I liked playing with the dough. I made a cow, it had an udder.

Ami Lee: I liked playing in the dome when it was a farmhouse and a pigsty,
because we had costumes and we could make pig food.

Kyle: I enjoyed watching Fourways Farm I liked the pig. I made Fourways
Farm with the Duplo.

Jakob: I liked playing in the farmhouse kitchen, making the dinner. I played
with Nathan.

Jamie: I enjoyed making a farm picture on the I.W.B. because I like writing and
drawing.

Kyla: I liked dressing up with my friends as the farm animals and playing Little
Red Hen.

Georgia: I enjoyed playing in the Health Centre. The farmer came to the Health
Centre to see about his sore arm.

Akeysha: I liked playing with Megan. We made a cow and a farmer with
magnetic shapes.

Amy: I enjoyed making pigs with pink dough. I put eyes on my pigs.

Farrah: I liked pretending the dolls house was the farmhouse because there's
lots of stuff to put in the house.

Adela: I liked playing in the farmhouse. I was the farmer's wife.

Andrew: I liked playing in the messy mud with the tractors and the pigs.

Ella: I enjoyed making pigs at the dough table. I put eyes on it. It looked like a
real pig.

Matthew T: I liked playing in the muck with the tractors. I made the tractors go
down the mudslide.

Ashton: I liked drawing a picture of a horse. It lives on the farm.

Jorja: I liked drawing at the writing table. My best picture was a farm picture
done with Ami Lee.

Jason: I enjoyed playing with Matthew and Ben in the mud. We liked getting
the pigs all dirty.

Nathan: I liked drawing on the whiteboards with the felt tips. I drew a mummy
hen and her chicks.

Emma: I liked playing with Adela at the computer. We made a farm picture
because she is my best friend for ever.
