Antrim Primary School
31 Station Road, Antrim, Co. Antrim, N. Ireland BT41 4AB
There was a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) challenge week at Antrim
Primary from Monday 22nd February through to Friday 26th February.

Each year group had various STEM related challenges over the week, along with Science
shows and visits to the school from outside agencies.

The children worked individually and in groups on some of the challenges and every child
received a certificate at the end of the week to recognise their endeavours. Some of the
hardest working groups from each class were also rewarded with medals, presented on
Friday in assembly by two representatives from RANDOX, sponsors of the Antrim Primary
School STEM week challenge.

This was a most rewarding week, with the children thoroughly enjoying all the activities.
Here are some pictures from the Science shows and a few of the well deserved medal winners!
